It would be wrong to say that we Indians are unaware of the name Sachin Tendulkar. The one name which every proud Indian has enchanted right from a child to a senior citizen many times in their lifetime. The biopic 'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' is a tribute to the great sportsman for serving the nation in the sport of cricket and carving his name on everyone's heart. Taking into consideration his huge fan-following, the makers have released a song known as 'Sachin Sachin.'
The song video captures his journey right from his initial days of cricket career to becoming a legendary sportsperson. It captures the slogan 'Sachin Sachin' which is enchanted by lakhs of people at a time in the stadium when Sachin Tendulkar marks his entry on the cricket pitch.
The song also shows some visuals of his wife Anjali Tendulkar and his kids who are patiently watching their father swaying his bat to boundaries and sixes. The song took Sachin down a memory lane as he revealed that basically his mom used to give him a call saying 'Sachin Sachin come upstairs' while he used to play cricket in his colony during his childhood days.
The song is composed by none other than music maestro A. R. Rahman and crooned by Sukhwinder Singh. It is penned by Irshad Kamil. The film is directed by James Erskine and is slated for a release on May 26, 2017.
