The makers of the film 'Dear Zindagi' starring Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan decided to not to release the trailer and instead they came up with the idea of releasing small teasers. They also released the first song from the film which is titled as 'Love You Zindagi.' The actors always have fun while shooting for a particular sequence, SRK and Alia too had fun while shooting for the song. The making of the song shows all the fun and pun which is caught in the camera while filming the song.

According to director Gauri Shinde and Alia Bhatt, the song is the happiness anthem of the year. It spreads joy, and fun all over. The song which turns out to be a turning point in Kaira's life speaks about loving your life and enjoying it to the fullest. The scenic beauty of the exotic locations adds a fresh element to the song. Lyricist Kausar Munir has spread her magic of words and the music composition by Amit Trivedi is commendable. SRK and Alia had a blast while filming this song which can be clearly seen in some of the frames.
