30th June 2016

Salman Khan landed himself into yet another controversy by making a comment on women. He was given 7 days notice for public apology by the National Commission for Women (NCW).

According to a tweet by a popular daily, NCW had issued a statement, "Have received Salman's reply through his lawyer, he has not apologized." However, the actor has neither visited NCW office nor apologised for the same.

It all started when Salman was sharing his experience while shooting certain scenes for his upcoming flick 'Sultan' to the media. He suddenly said, "When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn't walk straight." The actor received alot of criticism for this comment on the social media platform.
