India's first ever zombie land flick 'Go Goa Gone' that released in 2013 was a surprise hit at the box-office. The film featured Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu and Vir Das and its hit formula was its comic timing from the trio. 'Go Goa Gone' was made with a budget of Rs 19 crore and it went out on collecting Rs 24.24 crore. The film has made its mark in the horror comedy genre.

This is the reason why the makers are planning for its sequel and the shoot will start in January next year. Moreover, Kunal Khemu earlier told the leading tabloid that the lead cast of the original will return with a sequel soon. A source close to the makers said, "There will be another supporting actor as well as a heroine, who will aid Boris in his mission. The casting will be underway in a month’s time. Both the directors want an A-list actress for the role."

So Saif aka Boris will return to the rescue and the wait is in the corner. Meanwhile, Saif is awaiting for his web-series 'Sacred Games' that also stars Radhika Apte and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Confirming about the news, Saif said to a leading tabloid, "We are doing Go Go Gone 2. It's an exciting idea and I've really liked it. I will return as Boris in the sequel. But this time, I'll be on a different mission. Raj and DK have found an interesting premise for the second instalment, which is in sync with the first part. They are currently writing the script. The other characters played by Kunal Kemmu and Vir Das will also be a part of it. We start filming next January."
