September 27, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The designers of DESI Jeans have created something very unique in denim for women. The women always complain of chipping off their nails while trying to button the fly of the denim. The “button sinker” is here to solve that problem completely.
The button sinker in actuality is a button that has an indented feature, allowing the thumb to sink smoothly into the button’s top, thus saving the nail from even coming in contact with the hard surface.
Donald Johannesson, Creative Director for Dish Jeans points out that the company had decided to go with a very dramatically indented button that would provide a woman with everything from comfort, security and even ease.
Most of the jeans manufacturers around, utilize metal to make the stud buttons that are hard and tough to use. These things are also quite slippery to the skin of a human.
Thanks to the “button sinker”, the fingers slide in and the risk of chipping or breaking the nails is completely erased off.
Thanks to the “button sinker” a thumb or a finger can actually rest inside the button and is stationery at the time of the impact created while opening it.
