Shahid Kapur, Sonam Kapoor, Pankaj Kapoor, Supriya Pathak and music director Pritam all came together to celebrate the success of their film’s music with one and all.
 
Director Pankaj Kapur kick started the party by addressing everyone and sharing his experience of the journey of Mausam and the film’s music.
 
Mausam will bring back the classic love story that people have not seen in a very long time and the pairing of Shahid and Sonam will re-create the innocence and purity of love.
 
Shahid revealed how Pritam was his father’s first choice for the music of the film, as he believed that he was the only person to communicate true passionate love through music for the story of Mausam.
 
Pritam, on his part, revealed that he was extremely nervous to meet 'The' Pankaj Kapur for the first time and had asked Shahid to accompany him for the meeting.
 
Sonam Kapoor shared her thoughts by expressing that the music of the film is actually the soul of Mausam’s script and it is the most important element that touches a chord with the audiences, so it's great to know that the people are loving the music.

The event ended with a splash as Anil Kapoor popped opened the champagne and congratulated the entire Mausam team on the success of their music.
 
The film’s producer Mr. Sheetal Vinod Talwar from Cinergy and Ram Mulchandani from Eros International were also present at the event.
