Sooraj Pancholi, who is accused for actress Jiah Khan's death is already facing legal problems and now his father Aditya Pancholi is in a legal soup. Aditya has been fined with a sum of Rs.12000 and one year imprisonment.

According to a statement released by a senior police officer, "The local magistrate's court at suburban Andheri has convicted (Mr) Pancholi for assaulting and criminal intimidation."

For the uninitiated, it all happened back in the year 2005, when Aditya entered into a fight with one of his neighbours over a parking issue. The issue started when one of the guest who visited Aditya Pancholi parked his vehicle on the complainants spot thereby blocking his way. When the guest was unable to move his car out, Aditya interfered and asked the complainant to move his car which ended up into a verbal spat. This ugly brawl soon resulted into Aditya injuring the neighbour's nose.
