October 1, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were all set to turn DJs on this September 30 to promote their upcoming movie Action Replayy. But the long waited Ayodhya verdict came out on the same day and producer-director Vipul Shah decided to postpone the gala night to October 9.

Due to this delay, the DJ night will now continue without the charm of Ash because she is preoccupied with other commitments during that time.

Justifying the postponement, Shah was quoted saying that yesterday was an important day for the country so the team was not in a mood to go clubbing in such a situation. Now, he is likely to go for another venue for the gala night because their first choice Poly Esthers, Colaba may not be available on that day.

Ash was also absent during the launch of the first theatrical promo on Akshays birthday last month. Now, she wont be available on this grand DJ night also.

Producer Shah said that Aishwarya had committed for the Pusan International Film Festival earlier so she is bound to keep that. As a result, Akshay will go solo hero for the event and Shah is planning to organize something with Ash later on when she is back.
