(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Alexa Chungs father is rarely impressed with her accomplishments because her sister is his favourite.

The British star began her career as a model and has since moved into the media, presenting shows on MTV and also writing for fashion magazines. She comes from a close family she has two brothers and a sister - but has joked it is difficult to amaze her parents as they prefer her siblings Dominic and Nathalie.

When I first got spotted on a beach in Majorca, at the age of 14, I dont think my parents actually even believed me. But that was the point about my parents, they were the least pushy, least impressed, people in the world, she told the June issue of UK magazine Vogue. My dads still like that. The 27-year-old star is currently dating Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, and they are very happy together. She explained living in the limelight can be tough though, especially as things are often misconstrued. Alexa always walks in front her partner when they are out and about as he detests being photographed, but it usually leads people to think they are arguing.

The couple have been dating since 2007 but have no plans to tie the knot, or have kids yet.

I feel like Ive had my wedding day so many times, getting all dressed up for all these events, Alexa mused.
