(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Amanda Seyfried claims only lesbians are immune to Justin Timberlake's charms.
The actress worked alongside the star for new movie In Time. She formed a close bond with Justin on the set of the movie, and understands why he has so many admirers.
While Amanda has a great deal of respect for the singer-and-actor, she admits she doesn't envy his celebrity status.
"Oh, only a lesbian or a straight man could resist the Trousersnake" Amanda joked in an interview with the British edition of Glamour. "Justin really is unique, but he has a difficult life. I mean, he can't walk down the street anymore and that's such a shame because freedom is everything."
The 25-year-old beauty is no stranger to the limelight herself.
She has had high-profile romances with Dominic Cooper and Ryan Phillippe. Amanda has confessed she struggled with the attention that came with dating the hunky ex-husband of Reese Witherspoon.
"Dominic and I were together for such a long time so the coverage was always positive, but when you've just started seeing someone and that person is really famous, it is more of a story," she explained. "When I was with Ryan, people followed me so much more, and that's probably one of the reasons that I'm not looking to date someone who's famous now."
Amanda has remained close to British actor Dominic despite their break-up.
She still has feelings for him, but insists they are able to talk to each other about new love interests in their life.
"Dom is my favourite person in the whole world and one of my closest friends," she smiled. "I wouldn't ever want us to stop being open with each other. If you truly love someone, I think you should be able to tell them everything."
For now, Amanda is enjoying being single. She isn't on the lookout for a new man, claiming that maintaining a romance can be exhausting.
"Although I think it's easier to be in a relationship than be single, I just don't know if I have the energy at the moment," she added. "You don't have to check in with anybody except your mother, and there's all this freedom. You realise how many pressures come from being with someone." (C) Cover Media
