Mumbai Court framed issues in a civil suit against Aamir Khan for the vulgar and obscene content in his film 'PK'. 

The court will hear the suit on January 22, 2015. Petitioner Hemant Patil had asked the filmmaker to delete the inappropriate scenes from the film.

However, on this the defendants CBFC, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Aamir claimed that the Appellate Tribunal has the right to hear the dispute regarding CBFC and not the civil court during the earlier hearing.
