Though Anil Kapoor is currently shooting for Zoya Akhtar's 'Dil Dhadakne Do', he is still paying a lot of attention to what's happening with the campaign of his daughter Sonam Kapoor's film 'Khoobsurat'. 

Apparently, he is leaving no stone unturned to revive Sonam's career and has lined up more scripts that will star his daughter in the lead.

Three years ago he had produced 'Aisha' and now he is back with Rhea Kapoor for 'Khoobsurat'. 

It is no surprise that he is putting all his muscle behind pushing his daughter's career when it's in doldrums and making her upset.

Sonam's launch was one of the most anticipated launches 8 years ago. But her film 'Saawariya' tanked miserably. Throughout her career she has had more 'miss than hits'

Today, even though she is the only fashionista we have in our country, as an actress, the numbers have not supported her at the box office.

But this will soon change as dad Anil has procured interesting scripts and will soon be producing films which have a strong female protagonist role.

Guess, these are the perks of being a star kid.
