Anjali is on cloud nine. Reason- She has bagged the title role in Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirumalle Chettu, a film which has brought together Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu for the first time.

'Sharing the screen space with two top actors is a great privilege. That too I have got the opportunity to play the title role itself. It is around me the film's story revolves,' she says.

Originally a Telugu girl, Anjali started her career in Tollywood only. But she made it big in Kollywood, thanks to her beautiful performance in movies such as Katradhu Thamizh, Angadi Theru and Engeyum Eppodhum.

At present, she is acting in two movies in Tamil. One is Masala Cafe which is being directed by Sundar C. And the other is the production venture of ace director A R Murugadoss of Ghajini and Seventh Sense fame.
