(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Anne Hathaway wishes she had some of the toughness she displays in Love and Other Drugs.

The actress character in the romantic drama, Maggie Murdock, is fearless and confident when put in difficult situations.

Maggie, who has early-onset Parkinsons disease, often loses her temper and struggles to have a relationship with Jamie Randall, played by Jake Gyllenhaal.

But Anne thinks acquiring some of that feistiness in real life would help her and she enjoyed portraying a character with those traits in the movie.

I wish I had some of Maggies toughness and temper. I wish I was more of a confrontational person like her, Anne told Cover Media. I had a lot of fun playing that.

The 28-year-old star admits she is far too easy-going away from the cameras. However, Anne joked that her star sign traditionally means any inflammatory behaviour will get a hostile reaction from her if she is pushed to her limit.
