The Scottish star has two daughters with ex-husband Uri Fruchtmann - Lola, 20, and 18-year-old Tali, who is a model. The pretty teenager has been making a name for herself in the industry since her debut in September 2009, when she hit the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 10 runway, alongside her older sister Lola, and seasoned model Daisy Lowe.

Annie is well known for carrying out vast amounts of charity work, and this year has visited Malawi in Africa. She believes her daughters stay on the right track, despite their otherwise glamorous lifestyles, because she sets a particular standard.

Instilling ideas in children is a difficult thing, I think you have to lead by example. My younger daughter who is now working as very successful model at this moment in time has really expressed an interest [in charity work]. She said to me, Next time you go out in the field, mummy, I would really love to go with you. I took my older daughter, Lola, with me to Malawi just a couple of weeks ago, she told British television show This Morning.

Annie says her daughters are in a very fortunate situation because of their exposure to her work with good causes. The pop icon believes that her daughter shouldn't take their privileged lives for granted.

They are very fortunate, they need to see beyond the bubble that we live in. I wish that we all could, she added. (C) Cover Media
