Arjun Rampal who was last seen in JP Dutta's 'Paltan' has found himself in the midst of legal dispute. The company called YT Entertainment has filed a criminal case against the actor for non-payment of dues.

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, the actor has been asked to pay Rs. 1 crore with 12 percent interest per annum. The report states that Arjun had taken the loan from the company which was due in 90 days. The company which claims to fund movies had extended the loan to Arjun at a much lower rate than other companies. Rampal had also given the company a post-dated cheque. However, the cheque bounced and consequently, the entertainment company filed a lawsuit against the actor under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Now, report further states that now YT Entertainment aims at recovering the money by taking a significant part of Arjun's payment that he will get from his future movies until their dues are cleared.
