(Cover) - EN Star Style - Audrina Patridge never looks at photographs of herself in a bikini.

The TV star has her own reality show which follows her life and that of her family. She spends a lot of time modelling and lives in California, so can often be found in skimpy outfits. While Audrina has figured out that having a tan and wearing a bikini in shoots before venturing outside in it makes her more comfortable, she still has some reservations about swimwear.

"I try not to," she replied, when asked if she looks at pictures of herself in swimwear. "I learnt the hard way, as it makes you so bummed out. For my own sanity I don't live off people's opinions of me."

Audrina tries to eat as healthily as possible, veering away from sugary snacks in favour of healthy alternatives. She also exercises regularly, but says her figure is largely down to genetics.

"I actually have a problem putting on weight. I've always been skinny," she told more! magazine. "But I do something active every day. I got to the beach, run, do Pilates or play volleyball." (C) Cover Media
