Jackie Shroff's wife Ayesha Shroff is alleged of illegally sourcing CDR (Call Detail Record) of actor Sahil Khan with whom she had a dispute. It all started from November 2014 when Ayesha Shroff filed a case against Sahil Khan, alleging he had cheated and never returned Rs 8 crore. Ayesha's husband Jackie Shroff also had filed a suit for an injunction against Sahil and his sister Shaishta for maligning their reputation and spreading false rumours in the media.

Thane Crime Branch is investigating the matter and Nitin Thakare a Senior Police Inspector said, "The two were involved in a dispute and she allegedly sourced the CDR of the actor and handed it to her counsel Rizwan Siddiqui." When contacted, Ayesha Shroff said, "I don't know anything about this."

In a feud that went on court Khan, on his part, had claimed that he was in a relationship with her and had spent most of the money on her, gifting her a car and staying with her. However, she had countered that Khan was gay and it was not possible to have a relationship with him. Later in 2015, both of them had withdrawn cases against each other and the session court disposed of cases against them. Both came to a mutual agreement that they would not interfere in each other's lives and would not harm each other's reputation.

However, Thane Crime Branch is investigating the case. ''The matter is under investigation,” said Thane crime branch inspector Nitin Thakare.
