Amitabh Bachchan, who recently recorded the National Anthem composed by Ilaiyaraaja was shot at Rabindranath Tagore's residence in Kolkata. The team decided to shoot it at Jorasanko Thakurbari as a tribute to the original composer of the anthem.

In this video, Big B will be seen walking barefoot in the premises of Tagore's residence. Directed by R. Balki and Shoojit Sircar the video was released on Republic day.

Shoojit said, "It's a voluntary project. Mr Bachchan and I had plans to do a music video on the National Anthem for a long time. Though I knew we would be shooting it in Kolkata, I didn't go location hunting. I had a chat with him on the phone and we decided to film it at Jorasanko Thakurbari, where not much shooting has happened before."
