November 3, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): BBB as we would abbreviate it is a new movie from the house of Yash Raj Films. It looks like a debutants movie as it is directed by Maneesh Sharma who is a new director though he has assisted Aditya Chopra in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. This movie introduces Ranveer Singh as Bitto, a newcomer from the streets of our very own Mumbai. Lady lead is being acted by Anushka Sharma, another Yash Raj favourite.

Not only the cast and crew of the movie looks new but new kind of rumors have also started getting associated with the movie. A top league newspaper has quoted in its entertainment section that the movie has been funded by newbie Ranveer Singhs father. On the other hand, Ranveer had told to one of our correspondents during his interview that , My parents were actually going through a financial crunch at that time. He also emphasized over the fact that he and his family are looking for a turnaround for his family post the release of Band Baaja Baaraat. Now these are two absolutely contradicting pieces of news. God can only tell whom to believe.

If we look at Yash Raj records then we shud obviously not believe this. For a Studio like Yash Raj Films, which is spearheaded by a much respected doyen of the film industry, Yash Chopra, it is hard to stoop over this. I am sure they do not need to cast anybody based on their ability to fund or not. Rather they would be interested in the candidates acting ability. The same process was followed for Ranveer Singh as well.

The movie is slated to release on 10th December 2010. After the movie is seen then only it can be decided whether Ranveer was selected for his acting prowess or it was otherwise.
