Blackbuck case - Salman Khan permitted to travel abroad

18th April 2018

A great news for Salman Khan fans across India as the Bollywood star is now permitted to travel abroad for his upcoming film's shooting approved by the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court. After spending a night in the Jodhpur central jail, Khan was granted bail in the blackbuck verdict. From there on the defence filed the petition for the actor at the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court seeking permission to travel outside India, earlier in the day.

While granting the bail, the court had ordered Khan to seek legal permission before leaving the country. The 52-year-old actor is scheduled to shoot in Canada, Nepal, and the United States from May 25 to July 10 this year. The actor can surely travel abroad because of the shooting commitment he has lined up and the Court allows this temporary permission to travel abroad. This means that there won't be further shooting issuers in a Salman Khan film.

Salman was clearly convicted on the 5th of April for a five-year imprisonment by a trial court whereas his co-star Tabu, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam and Sonali Bendre were acquited of the crime.
