Blackbuck poaching case - Salman Khan released on Bail

On Saturday, Salman Khan was released on bail accepted by the district and session court of Jodhpur. He was found guilty in 1998 blackbuck poaching case and was officially sentenced five years imprisonment. The actor was clearly convicted by a trial court whereas Tabu, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam and Sonali Bendre were acquited of the crime in 1998 during a day out from the sets of  'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.

Moreover, Salman was provided Police security after the bail and was escorted till he reached the Jodhpur airport. The prison authorities received the court papers and thereby the 'Race 3 'star was released. Khan is now at Mumbai at his residence galaxy apartment. 

The 52-year-old spent two nights at the Jodhpur Central Jail which bothered millions of his fans and loved ones across India. The actor was granted bail on a bond of Rs 50,000 as the judge heard the arguments of prosecution and defence which lasted for about an hour and pronounced the order at around 3pm, a defence counsel said.
