Bradley Cooper's mother reportedly urged him to reunite with Zoe Saldana.

The pair split in March after three months of dating, but recently decided to give things another go.

Bradley apparently tried to win Zoe back after a sit down with his mother Gloria. The two are very close, and Bradley couldn't believe it when she told him Zoe was the only girlfriend of his she'd liked since his romance with Rene Zellweger ended last year.

"It was Gloria who told Bradley to date Zoe again she loves Zoe," an insider told RadarOnline.

"When Bradley first dated Zoe, he would always invite his mom everywhere with them whether it be going for lunch, dinner or even running errands. Gloria told Bradley he should win her back because there were obviously still feelings there and he did just what she said."

Bradley and Zoe met while working on romantic drama The Words. They have been promoting the movie recently, which is reportedly when Bradley realised he couldn't live without Zoe.

The pair were spotted on a cinema date in Hollywood over the weekend, with Bradley also apparently staying the night at Zoe's house.
