(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Britney Spears has hit back at The Wanted over claims they weren't allowed to look at her during a backstage show.
The British boy band - comprising of Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes called singer Christina Aguilera a "total b***h" during a radio interview in New York City last week.
The group then claimed Britney's security ordered them to turn away because she was about to walk past them backstage when they supported her at a UK show.
Her camp has hit back at the reports by poking fun at the group.
"What's even more interesting than the false allegations they made is the fact that they have claimed to be picked on by two female pop stars in just a few days," Britney's representative told E! Online. "Look out Lady Gaga - there are still three days left this week."
Siva made the comments about Britney while being interviewed by radio station Fresh 102.7.
"I was in the hallway with my tour manager. Basically we were looking with a laptop, trying to get wifi facing the middle of the hallway. Bouncers came down with her and told us to face the wall," he claimed.
It was Tom who slammed Christina. The group came into contact with her when they appeared on US TV show The Voice. He alleged the American singer had no time for him and his bandmates.
"She's a total b***h," Tom said. "She might not be a b***h in real life, but to us, she was a total b***h. She just sat there and didn't speak to us. Wouldn't even look at us." (C) Cover Media
