Aditya Pancholi and his son, Sooraj Pancholi are linked to Jiah Khan's suicide case since last year and speculation was that the duo was responsible for her death.

CBI recently examined Sooraj and will be called again for examination.

Jiah's mother has alleged that Sooraj was in a relationship the actress and should be probed. CBI spokesperson said, "The high court has directed the CBI to consider whether this is a case of suicidal or homicidal death. If it comes to a conclusion that it is a homicidal death, then further probe be made to find out who is the perpetrator of the crime and accordingly action be taken."

Jiah was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her home in Juhu on June 3, 2013.
