August 19, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Tollywood music director Chakri is ready to entertain the Telugu audience in the USA during his tour to the country, informed the composer at a press meet in Cinemax, Hyderabad. Chakri is considered to be the king of music in Telugu movies.

Chakri stated at the press meet that he, along with his team, has been planning for this tour to the USA since the last three months. Now, as everything is finalized and chalked out, the musician will leave for America on the 15th of September accompanied by his 30 member troupe. He will perform at places like Chicago, New Jersey, and some others, where the presence of the Telugu community is prevalent.

The troupe will include four heroines and six singers along with his band. Prominent singers like Tina Kamal, Anjana, Sowmya, Kousalya, Simha and Vasu will accompany the troup, while beauties such as Shriya, Poonam Kaur and Madhurima will entertain the audiences en tour.

The organizers, along with Chakri, have charted out a plan to cover most of the Telugu communities in the the USA. Since it is the first ever tour of Chakri to the country, he expressed his gratitude towards the organizers and the people in the USA for motivating him to perform there. The composer is very optimistic about the tour and said that the weekends would be the major time for his performances.
