The actress joked that she has become so apt at putting on the hygienic safety pants she would happily help out other parents.

The Hollywood star has been engrossed in motherhood since adopting baby son Jackson earlier this year and has taken to the task like a duck to water.

"I love it! I've got to tell you, I'm available for other babies' diapers to be changed. I can do it in my sleep now. I'm so good," she told American TV show Today.

Charlize has recently been globe-trotting around the world to promote her latest movie Snow White and the Huntsman.

The blonde bombshell added that her jet-setting lifestyle has added further to nappy expertise as she had to buy diapers from foreign countries.

"As we were travelling, I had to buy diapers in different countries - because he came on the press tour with me - so I now know how to change a Japanese diaper, a Spanish diaper, an English diaper, [and a] German diaper. They all have little things [that are different]. I'm like the diaper pro now!" she laughed. (C) Cover Media
