(Cover) - EN Star Style - Cheryl Cole thinks smelling her perfume collection is heaven.

The 27-year-old star has a weakness for most fragrances, even collecting perfumes based on packaging alone. She loves spending time sniffing her various scents, and would never dream of leaving the house without some spritzed on her.

Im not sure where my love of fragrance originated from as my mother never really wore perfume. I own hundreds of fragrances and smelling them all is my idea of heaven, she said. I also collect pretty bottles, even if I dont like the scent, as I like the way they look on my bathroom shelf. My brother asks me every year what I want for Christmas and I always ask for fragrance.

Cheryl went on to discuss other aromas, not restricted to perfume, that put her in a happy mood. Certain smells remind her of distinct times in her life when she was content, such as her childhood.

The smell of freshly cut grass is so nostalgic for me as there used to be a park near to where I grew up and it smelled so good when the lawn was cut, she told the British edition of InStyle. Now when I smell it, it reminds me of being young, when everyone was happy and buzzing around in the summer with their ice lollies. (C) Cover Media
