The Girls Aloud singer loves everything about fashion, and experiments with everything from her shoes and dresses to her hair and accessories. She is always impeccably groomed, but thinks one area of her physique has been getting a raw deal lately.

Cheryl has given her views on the latest trends in a new interview, in which she revealed shes in awe of women who spend hours transforming their fingernails.

Wow, this is amazing! I love it! she enthused, when showed a picture of models at a Giles Deacon show who had brightly painted nails complete with googly eyes. I really want to get into nail art. The eyes are so cute. Can I keep this picture? Its so fun Im going to give these a go. Keep an eye on my hands Ill be doing nail art at some point, I promise.

The star was also shown an image from Victoria Beckhams Spring/Summer 11 catwalk preview, during which models boasted bright purple eyeshadow. Although the singer could appreciate the look was fashion forward, Cheryl wasnt really a fan.

This is a bit too bright for me, she admitted to Company magazine. I do love purple but Im just not sure if Im bold enough to go that strong. (C) Cover Media
