(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Dr. Conrad Murray is reportedly spending his time in jail writing a tell-all book about Michael Jackson.

The King of Pop died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009, with Conrad convicted of his involuntary manslaughter.

The former physician is incarcerated at the moment and has reportedly decided to use the time to pen a tome about his life with Michael.

"Dr. Murray spends most of his days writing what he is telling friends will be a tell-all book about what really happened in the final days of Michael Jackson's life," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Murray believes that the public will want to hear about the time he spent with Michael."

Conrad has apparently told people he will include details about Michael's relationship with his family as well as stories about his three children.

"Murray contends that Michael's kids viewed him as a family member and loved him," the insider said.

Propofol is a powerful anaesthetic usually given to surgery patients in hospital. Michael was suffering from insomnia before his death and apparently used the medication to help him sleep.

Following his passing, there were reports he was struggling with addiction issues.

He was also preparing to stage his This Is It shows in London. Emails sent between people involved with the concerts were recently unearthed and showed there was concern about his mental state in one Michael was described as "an emotionally paralysed mess".

It's been claimed publishers have been approached about Conrad's book but haven't been interested in it. (C) Cover Media
