After a temporary halt on 2002 Hit and Run Case, Salman Khan is hitting his head on Arms Act case.

Jodhpur court has rejected the petition of actor to summon five witnesses in the Arm Act case on the grounds of black bucks poaching case.

Khan's counsel, HM Saraswat said they were awaiting detailed order to discover the grounds on basis of which the court turned down the petition.

The five witnesses mentioned in Khan's case were already examined. The actor is currently busy with the shoot of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' in Kashmir.
