16th April 2015

Salman Khan's Hit and Run Case is tampered with a new statement and this time, Salman's lawyer stepped forward. The defence lawyer, Shrikant Shivade on Wednesday alleged that Mumbai police tampered with the Bollywood actor's blood samples to prove that the actor was drunk during the 2002 mishap.

He further accused the police of framing false case against the actor saying that it is the doctor who has to decide whether to draw blood sample, and not police.

Shivade stated, "The doctor who drew the sample was not wearing gloves, and he did not add anti-coagulants, which are used to prevent the collected blood from turning into semi-solid mass. Even the preservatives were not added, and in the absence of preservatives, there was a possibility of fermentation of the blood."
