Bollywood Veteran actor Dilip Kumar is missing some of his good old friends from B-Town and outside. He is upset with the sad demise of his Bollywood colleagues like Yash Chopra and Rajesh Khanna who passed away recently. Hence, he has decided to cancel his birthday celebrations for this year.
Dilip Kumar who will turn 90 on December 11 contrary to some rumors has not planned any grand bash this time around. The reason being the absence of his friends who were with him on his last year's birthday celebrations.
He was very upset when he learnt that the media spread the news of his great grand 90th birthday bash. "It is appalling how few in the print media take the liberty nowadays to print quotes that spring from the imagination of the scribe. It shocked me and Saira to read newspaper reports with imaginary quotes from Saira about plans to celebrate my birthday! With so many dear friends gone this year, how can we even think of celebrating birthday," wrote the 89-year-old on his blog.
