(Cover) - EN Star Style - Roger Taylor believes his Duran Duran bandmates have to stay in shape to remain relevant.

Roger and his fellow band members Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes and John Taylor are currently enjoying a new wave of success with their unique electro pop sound, releasing the Mark Ronson produced All You Need Is Now last year.

Roger, 50, is drummer with the band, and admits nowadays the group have to work that little bit harder to look good.

I think we have to be very aware. Being in a band its acceptable to be older, but not out of shape, he told the British edition of OK! magazine.

Roger says the group follow an intensive workout schedule, and dont let a day go by without considering their appearance. They are particularly conscious of the younger recording artists who look so hunky.
