Unfortunately Sanjay Dutt goes to jail, while there is good news for Salman Khan in regards to the blackbuck case.

It was quite a showdown between the media and Sanjay Dutt's friend Bunty Walia as the crowd turned into a mob outside the actor's residence as he was surrendering himself to the authorities.

Sanjay, who first headed to the Mumbai Sessions Court, will spend some time at the Arthur Road jail, where he will undergo a set of tests, and is expected to be shifted to the Yerwada jail in Pune soon.

Mahesh Bhatt and Rajkumar Hirani were a few among many others who were with Sanjay as he left his Imperial Heights home at Pali Hill.

While Sanjay's luck did not work in his favor, looks like there is some relief for close friend Salman, as the revision petition filed by the Rajasthan State Government has been rejected by the Rajasthan High Court. The case was filed against the actor, who was caught hunting for blackbucks in Rajasthan on an expired hunting license.

Salman, who also made a call to Sanjay's daughter Trishala Dutt, promised her that he would always be there for her while Sanjay is in prison. Although Trishala has not spoken to her dad for quite a while, she does connect well with Salman.

So with the actor getting a breather 'for now' after the petition against him was rejected, we are sure Salman would ensure that he is always there for Sanjay's family when they need him.

Guess the kind-hearted actor is simply 'Being Human'.
