(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Elle Fanning "freaked out" when she watched Crazy, Stupid, Love. because she had such a crush on Ryan Gosling.

The 13-year-old actress and her friends couldn't wait to see the movie after they heard about it. In the romantic comedy, Ryan play a womaniser who helps an older man deal with his divorce, before realising his priorities might not be right.

Elle and her fans were blown away by Ryan's performance.

"Me and my friends saw Crazy, Stupid, Love. and we were freaking out. Everyone falls in love with him after that," she laughed to Teen Vogue.

Elle's new movie is called We Bought a Zoo and also stars Scarlett Johansson and Matt Damon.

The young actress has revealed she tried not to get too star-struck when she was on the film set.

"I always feel like they're just a name," she mused. "Like they're not real at first. Then once you get to know them, you're like, That's Scarlett and Matt!' It's not, like, Matt Damon."

The star also discussed her acting methods.

She knows some people question younger stars in the industry as they lack life experience.

The teenager insists that doesn't hold her back as she just uses her imagination.

"I never really pull from experience. I just sort of make believe. That's why I like acting. You can create or imagine anything. It's not like I've fallen in love but I've had crushes and things," she said. (C) Cover Media
