(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Eva Green feels she doesn't work "as much as [she] should".

The 31-year-old French actress is famed for roles in movies such as 2006 James Bond picture Casino Royale.

Eva, who is currently promoting romantic drama Perfect Sense, admits her parts in films are rather sporadic because she has to feel passionate about a picture before signing on.

"I'm very picky, I love falling in love with things," she told Total Film.

"That's why maybe I don't work as much as I should.

"I need to really be drawn to the character and like the director."

Eva was attracted to Perfect Sense, which also stars Ewan McGregor, because it was so innovative. It tells the story of a chef and a scientist who fall in love as an epidemic stealing people's sensory perceptions begins to spread.

"It's very well written, very brave and very biting. I love the black sense of humour and I think the love story is very powerful," she enthused. (C) Cover Media
