Past few months had been really tough for actress Sonali Bendre who was in the US following her cancer treatment and regular chemo sessions. She was accompanied by her backbone family including husband Goldie Behl and son Ranveer.

Now, the 43-year old needed a break and wanted to spend time in her home country wanting the things to be normal. She flew back in Mumbai and was spotted at the Mumbai airport along with husband Goldie Behl. The bald and beautiful Sonali went all black with her stylish trench coat on as she even wore a beautiful smile that proves her as a real-life fighter. In a candid photo, she is seen showing a thumbs up, waving and posing with her hubby alongside.

Just before leaving India, Sonali had taken to social media to inform fans about her short visit. She wrote an elaborate and encouraging post which read, "They say "Distance makes the heart grow fonder". It sure does. But let's never underestimate what distance teaches you. Being away from home in the city of New York, I realized I was walking amongst so many stories. And now I'm on my way back to where my heart is. It's a feeling I can't describe in words but I'm going to try - it's the joy to see my family and friends again, the excitement to do what I love and mainly the gratitude for the journey I've had up until this moment."
