Saif Ali Khan who was last seen in the film 'Rangoon' is all set to play a chef in his next film 'Chef.' The first still from the film was released just a day ago. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the picture on his Twitter handle and captioned it as, "#Chef, produced by TSeries and Abundantia and directed by Raja Krishna Menon, to release on 6 Oct 2017... Stars Saif Ali Khan."

The still shows Saif Ali Khan engaged in some serious cooking in a dhaba style kitchen. The film 'Chef' is a remake of the Hollywood film with the same name and is a story of a chef who quits his job at a famous restaurant to pursue his own business.

Directed by Raja Krishna Menon, the film was slated for a release on July 14, 2017, but later the release date was pushed further to October 6, 2017 to avoid clashes with other films.
