'Maaveeran' is the Tamil dubbed, Telugu film 'Magadheera', which had Ram Charan Teja and Kajol Agarwal in the lead roles. This film was released on the 23rd of last month in three theatres in Trichy. The Telugu film was a super hit in Andhra. So, it was expected that this film would also be a super hit in Tamil Nadu. Unfortunately, there was no proper response for this film. So, one of the theatre owners in Lalgudi advertised that everyone who comes to the theater will be given either an ice cream or popcorn free. This idea has worked and people are flocking to the theatres.
