January 8, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): 'Greys Anatomy' had the episode opening with the couples and their present state in their relationships.
After a gunman goes on a shooting rampage at a nearby campus, the doctors of Seattle Grace are faced with reliving their own traumas while putting Owenss disaster training to good use. While Callie does not welcome Arizona back with open arms.
There are Meredith and Derek who have the hidden doubt for each other get into the physical biological needs just because they needed it, with or without love circumscribing it and he refuses to give any hint of what went on between him and Cristina on the fishing date.
On the other hand, Cristina and Owen meet up with an open mind and Owen seems to look quite happy and contented according to Cristina.
The couple Mark and Lexie seem to have come to terms on a common platform and all seems well between the two now.
The feeling of frustration and deep hurt can be felt in the relationship between Callie and Arizona. Callie asks Arizona to go away to Africa while she sits outside his doorstep wondering if something still could be worked out between the two.
Then the couple to just jump into the marriage bandwagon is Teddy and Henry who just are waiting to take the plunge as soon as they get a witness. Owen does turn up trying to convince Teddy to get rid of the idea of the wedding but fails miserably.
Just as the couples are trying to come to terms with their lives, there is a terrible catastrophe that hits the city. As Cristina learns about it, she runs towards the troubled areas.
Arizona is seen requesting for her job back as many helping hands are required to sort out the mess. After being initially refused, she finally manages to get it under Stark. Lexie is sent off to look after the blood banks by Mark.
There is Critina on the field trying to help out. Teddy and Cristina complete the surgery. Lexie is helped by Sloane with a patient.
The episode saw almost 26 patients who are saved in the brink of time. Teddy and Owen toast to their wedding plans.
Thus 'Greys Anatomy' has once again proved that it is one of those serials to rule the viewers hearts!
