(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Gwyneth Paltrow has vowed to carry on singing after finding her voice during the filming of new movie Country Strong.

The Oscar-winning American actress recently tested the range of her performance skills by learning to play the guitar and fine-tuning her vocals for the role of veteran country singer Kelly Canter in the film.

Since wowing fans with her pitch-perfect ability, she has also appeared as a star guest on the hit US television show Glee and now admits that her fondness for music has shocked her.

"I love singing so much that it's actually taken me by surprise," Gwyneth said.

The 38-year-old actress, who is famed for starring in films such as Sliding Doors and Shakespeare in Love, has now hinted that she may take up singing on a more serious professional level and record songs.

The mother-of-two has a lot of strong musical influences being married to Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin, and wants to keep her newly-found talent alive, even if it is just around the house.

"I love recording songs and singing songs. I think I will keep going. It may just be in my kitchen, but I don't know," she said. (C) Cover Media
