(Cover) - EN Star Style - Gwyneth Paltrows biggest obstacle to keeping fit is cheese, according to personal trainer Tracy Anderson.

The American actress has a wonderful figure which has been the product of years of hard work in the gym.

Star Gwyneth has been helped along the way by fitness guru Tracy Anderson, who has worked with numerous celebrities.

However, Tracy says that even Hollywood icon Gwyneth has her vices when it comes to food.

Her downfall is stinky cheeses and bread she loves those! the 41-year-old told the British edition of Glamour magazine.

More generally, though, Gwyneth has an intelligent way of looking at dieting, the expert claimed. The star doesnt ever try to change her body quickly, as she knows it is far better to consider the long haul.

She doesnt want quick fixes, she wants smart fixes that are going to serve her body and her health for a long time, Tracy added.

The megastar sticks to a set of criteria to ensure that no extra fat will blemish her shape. Plus, Tracy is pleased that Gwyneth creates many recipes herself and the trainer gets a good portion. Her one rule is she doesnt eat anything with four legs. Her diet consists of fish, chicken, duck, vegetables and she especially loves Green Juice (a blend of kale, spinach and lemon), Tracy said.

She is an amazing chef. Which is good for me because she cooks for me now and again. One of her favourite dishes is roasted tomato soup with delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. (C) Cover Media
