(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Helena Bonham Carter says shes enjoying her life and has grown in confidence.

The British actress is widely regarded in Hollywood and is renowned for her eccentric Gothic appearance.

She is in a long-term relationship with director Tim Burton and the pair have two children, seven-year-old Billy Raymond and Nell, who is three.

Helena claims she does her best to ignore any negative comments about her dress sense or career, insisting her family are more important than anything else.

Ive got a happy relationship, Ive got two beautiful kids and Im having lots of fun, the 44-year-old told Total Film magazine. I also think Ive grown in confidence so I dont really care so much about what other people think.

Helena says that her family, despite their refusal to conform to a so-called normal way of life, are the same as everyone else. She maintains they are not crazy even though their look is very eccentric.

We might not believe in hair brushes or combs but on the whole, fundamentally, our emotional makeup is quite sane, Helena added. (C) Cover Media
