The 23-year-old actress-and-singer revealed the happy news on her official website on Sunday.

The stunning star was celebrating her one year wedding anniversary with her husband Mike Comrie, when the pair decided to announce the pregnancy.

The couple have only been enjoying married life for a year but are looking forward to expanding their family.

"This weekend, Mike and I are celebrating our one year anniversary! In memory of the special day, we decided to post some of our favourite pictures from our wedding!" she wrote on her official website on Sunday.

"I can't believe it has already been a year. Time really flies when you're having fun! We also want to share the exciting news that baby makes three! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives. Thanks to everyone for the continued love and support throughout the years!"

Hilary tied the knot with the professional hockey player on August 14 last year. The pair wed in an intimate sunset ceremony at a $29 million estate near the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.

Hilary recently gushed about wanting children. The songstress revealed earlier this month that she and Mike, 30, were excited to start a family but were planning to wait a bit longer as she wanted to start work on a new album. (C) Cover Media
