(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Hilary Duff reportedly turned down the opportunity to be a spokesperson for Weight Watchers.

The new mother welcomed son Luca in March with husband Mike Comrie.

And although she has been vocal about shedding the post-pregnancy pounds, she apparently did not want to go down the same route as Jessica Simpson who signed a reported $4 million deal with the weight loss company.

"No amount of money could make Hilary put herself under that type of microscope," an insider told Star magazine.

"She's had a lot of food issues in the past and doesn't want to fall back into old habits."

And Hilary is apparently not concerned about immediately snapping back into shape.

"She's really pleased with her curves and hates people asking her about her body," the source added.

"Plus she's planning to get pregnant again ASAP, so she's not in some desperate rush to get back to a size zero." (C) Cover Media
