Bollywood Biggie Shahrukh Khan is all set to break records with his ambitious film 'Ra.One'. The film is not only an ambitious film for SRK but also it is a pivotal one for Bollywood. For the first time in Bollywood such high definition 'VFX' effects are used in order to raise the bar of technicality in the sci-fi film. Shahrukh has got some of the international visual effect experts for the film and has bought the most expensive technology available.

He wants 'Ra.One' to be a global film and wants to inject international standards into it. He feels that he can't compete with Hollywood films, as in terms of technology, they are way ahead of us. According to him, the kind of effects used in films like 'Spiderman, 'Batman' and 'Iron Man' are much more superior to that used in his film. SRK says the Hollywood film-makers have sound resources that allow them to spend so much on the special effects.

Although he is lucky enough to pump in so much money into one film, he feels that whatever he has invested in it isn't enough to achieve the cult status of Hollywood films. Well, they don't call him King for nothing, as he lives life King size and his films are certainly larger than life.
