'Dabangg' was one of the first films to reach the 100 crore club and her act in the film was appreciated too,
Sonakshi Sinha has always received flak for her weight. She was criticized then and she is criticized now.
When asked if the actress gets upset with all the drama around her weight she says, "I have grown up as a big girl and have been picked up on for being fat since I was a child. What's happening now is just a fraction of what I have been through."
Sonakshi adds that she just wants to concentrate on doing good work and that will be her best answer. In her own words, "Success is the best revenge".
Sonakshi has mostly been a part of commercial masala entertainers but
'Lootera' is one film that she will always be proud of.
"When filmmakers come to me and say that I am the only actress who comes to their mind when making a film in the Indian setting, I feel proud," says Sona who will next be seen in
'Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara'.
