Many hearts broke as Imran Khan tied knots with his childhood sweetheat Avantika Malik. The couple had a grand Mehendi ceremony at Avantika's farm house in Karjat near Mumbai which was attended by big names like Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Ashutosh Rana, Katrina Kaif, Manish Malhotra and Chetan Bhagat. Their wedding was a simple one, a court marriage at Aamir Khan's bungalow with close relatives and friends followed by a lavish Dinner at Taj Lands End. Aamir and Kiran Rao cancelled all their appointments to be with the couple. The entire celebration is now shifting to Phuket. The couple along with 50 of their special friends and relatives are flying off to the Island in Thailand for a 3-day celebration. Aamir and Kiran, sadly are not travelling because of their pending commitments to 'Dhobi Ghat.' But Aamir mamu is throwing a grand reception for Imran and Avantika on February 5th which will reportedly be attended by all Bollywood biggies.
