(Cover) - EN Star Style - James McAvoy was reportedly jealous of the polo neck jumpers Michael Fassbender got to wear for X-Men: First Class.

The two actors appear together in the upcoming comic-book prequel, set for international release in June.

The action adventure, based on the Marvel Comics stories, is the latest spin-off of the movie franchise, and will return to 1962 and document the meeting of James character Professor Charles Xavier with Michaels character Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto.

Michaels character gets to don some rather fetching retro style roll neck jumpers in the movie, and he says James was envious.

I think James is the one that wanted turtlenecks for his character, and I ended up stealing them. Thats where the rift between them starts, he laughed to Empire.

In general Michael is rather fond of the attire he gets to wear in the movie, which is set in 1962. He thinks the vintage style suits his slender frame well.

But its cool to wear nice clothes. I think 60s suits in particular suit me best, he added. (C) Cover Media
